I am an experienced leader who has had the fortune of setting and developing some amazing teams. I have practical experience in all management-related phases - from finding the right candidates, screening, onboarding to developing a high-performance culture, where each employee thrives, both professionally and personally.
My management style is engaging, respectful, joyful, and both structured and creative at the same time. I lead with passion and some of my most proud professional moments have been where my team has performed and gone that extra mile to succeed... proud to say that the number of awards we have won, indicates an awesome team effort.
I have been manager for one or several team at Lakrids by Bülow, Designit, B&O PLAY by Bang & Olufsen and Normann Copenhagen and have managed teams within the following areas:
Content creation (Text editors, journalist, AD and Graphic designer, photographer)
Other (Event Managers, PR Manager, Internal writer)
I have also had the pleasure of working closely with some very talented agencies and freelance agents - my role has been to brief, engage, motivate, and ensure that their deliverance has been at the absolute highest level.
